Superior Stone Ltd (“Superior Stone,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) does not operate a standard shipping or delivery service. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order, as fulfillment is handled differently than with typical e-commerce purchases.

1. No Standard Shipping
We do not ship orders through standard parcel or freight carriers as part of our normal process. There is no automatic shipping calculation, shipping charge, or delivery timeline generated at checkout.

2. How Orders Are Fulfilled
Orders are fulfilled through one of the following methods, determined on a case-by-case basis:
a) Customer Pickup / Will-Call Most orders are picked up directly from our facility. Once your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange a pickup time.
b) Customer-Arranged Freight If you require delivery outside our local area, you are responsible for arranging your own freight carrier or shipping company. Superior Stone Ltd will load product onto your designated carrier’s vehicle at our facility. We do not select, book, insure, or take responsibility for third-party freight carriers, and we are not liable for damage, delay, or loss that occurs once product leaves our facility in the care of your carrier.
c) Local Delivery by Mutual Agreement In limited cases, we may agree to deliver locally ourselves. This is arranged individually with each customer, is not guaranteed or automatic, and any associated cost or scheduling will be agreed upon in writing (email or invoice) before the order ships.

3. Freight/Material Considerations
Stone veneer products are heavy and can be damaged if improperly loaded, secured, or transported. If you are arranging your own freight:
Ensure your carrier’s vehicle and packaging are suitable for palletized stone product
Inspect and secure the load before it leaves our facility
Understand that once product is loaded onto a third-party carrier, responsibility for its condition transfers to that carrier and to you as the customer
We recommend discussing load requirements with us in advance of pickup so we can advise on proper securing and palletizing.

4. No Delivery Timeline Guarantees
Because fulfillment depends on pickup scheduling, third-party carrier availability, or mutually agreed local delivery, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or timeframes. Estimated readiness dates will be communicated after your order is placed.

5. Damage or Discrepancies
Damage occurring before pickup or before loading is complete is our responsibility — please inspect your order at pickup/loading and report any issue immediately.
Damage occurring after product leaves our facility (whether via your own vehicle, your arranged carrier, or in transit) is not covered by Superior Stone Ltd and should be addressed with the responsible carrier.

6. Questions About Fulfillment
Because every order’s logistics are handled individually, we encourage you to contact us before or immediately after placing an order to confirm pickup, loading, or delivery arrangements.
