2. Orders and Acceptance

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by Superior Stone Ltd. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Custom Orders

Custom orders — including cut-to-size stone, special fabrication, or any product made to your specific requirements — are non-refundable and non-cancellable once production has commenced. By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and accept that no refund or exchange will be issued once work has begun.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is not automated and is not calculated at checkout. Shipping costs and arrangements must be agreed upon in advance between the customer and Superior Stone Ltd before an order is dispatched. Shipping is also available on request — please contact us at robert@superiorstoneltd.com to arrange delivery. Superior Stone Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns on standard (non-custom) products within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was sent in error. Custom orders are strictly non-refundable. Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned goods.

7. Damaged or Defective Goods

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at robert@superiorstoneltd.com with photographs of the damage.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Superior Stone Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.
